I have been coming to Chelsea\'s on and off since I was 13 years old (2001) and my appointment yesterday with Miranda was hands down the best experience I\'ve EVER had at your salon. It was my first time having her as my stylist, which is always a little scary, but when I tell you she went ABOVE AND BEYOND....I even told the girl who took my payment about it, I told my spouse about it when I got home. As Miranda and I were first getting to know one another and were mapping out our plan of how to get my hair to where it needs to be, she was incredibly thoughtful and genuine and was thinking about more than just my hair. I was told too that all my rewards over many years were erased. No excuses for that!! You used to encourage saving up rewards for a trip somewhere. I had a pedicure with Caroline. The service was excellent. Chelsea is my favorite salon. Unlike most other salons I’ve used, which have their services in a big open room, Chelsea does their pedicures in a small private room, which is quiet and much more relaxing.

OMG,what a breath of fresh air. FINALLY someone who listens, asks clarifying questions, and can do what they say. Allow me to say...My last 6 cuts from \"OTHERS\" have been disasters, and that is being kind. I happened across Chelsea\'s and thought WTH can\'t be any worse than what I\'ve already had. I went in..the young woman actually greeted me with a smile and asked how she could assist me, I explained the situation and showed a pic of the cut I wanted. She immediately recommended Miranda but I would have to wait a week, no problem let\'s book it. So last Saturday I arrived for my appt a bit early on purpose, again greeted with a smile by the ladies at check in, offered refreshment and let Miranda know I was there, I hadn\'t taken 2 sips of my coffee when here comes Miranda with a huge smile,.. wait/what I get to go back early? I explained what I\'ve been through showed pics of the style I was looking for and Miranda asked questions made suggestions and then explained how she would proceed with the cut and why. I could go on & on, let\'s just say I was very very happy, ecstatic with the end result and the experience all the way around.

Tina ALWAYS does an amazing job on my hair… knows way what will work for me and can sense the vibe I’m looking for with my style and color. I’ve done massages.. I do my facials there, they all are amazing, warm, welcoming people. Now the truth. This is not a cheap salon but I have no issue paying for quality and that why I’ve kept coming back the past 5 years. ROCK ON CHELSEA! Y’all keep this Gigi lookin amazing!?
